4. Payment Terms
Our services are billed on a monthly basis, depending on the plan you choose. Payment will be processed via Stripe and is due at the time of registration and on each subsequent billing cycle.
• Subscription Fees are non-refundable after the service has been rendered.
• Payments will be made automatically unless you cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
As outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, customers can cancel their subscriptions at any time, but we do not offer refunds for payments already processed.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and not to misuse our AI chatbot platform for illegal or harmful activities. You may not:
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Use the service for malicious purposes, including distributing malware or viruses.
7. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms & Conditions or if we believe there is abuse or misuse of our services.
• Upon termination, you will lose access to your account, and we will not be liable for any loss of data.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChatFlow AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the 6 months preceding the incident.

10. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of The United Kingdom
