At ChatFlow AI, we strive to provide high-quality AI chatbot services to our customers. This policy outlines the terms regarding refunds and cancellations for our subscription-based services.

 

1. Subscription Cancellation

 

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. However, the following terms apply:

• Cancellation must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.

• Once a subscription is canceled, service access will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which access will be revoked.

• Customers can manage and cancel their subscriptions via their Stripe customer portal or by contacting our support team at Info@Chatflowai.org

 

2. Refund Policy

 

Due to the nature of our digital services, we maintain a strict no-refund policy with the following exceptions:

• Refunds will only be issued within the first 7 days of a new subscription.

• No refunds will be provided after the 7-day period unless required by consumer protection laws.

• No refunds will be issued for renewals, mid-cycle cancellations, or unused service periods.

 

3. Exceptions to Refund Policy

 

Refund requests may be considered in special cases, such as:

• Duplicate payments made in error.

• Failure of our service due to a system-wide issue on our end for an extended period.
